They're normally not too close to each other when they kill each other, and when they're alive if they're THAT close, chances are they're not really focused on trying to listen to the other player's voice over all the commotion and noise lol.
Based on what? Tournaments won? 1v1's won? Dunno, seems kinda like your opinion to me. (Which is FINE, but i don't believe it's that "simple") I agree Ninja doesn't have the BEST callouts but he's gotten alot better from what I've seen.
For quick scoping almost all the time when you scope in for the first time its on the body or head somewhere and for noscoping just keep your aimer at the head while walking aroun corners
