for 1 cake (enough for approx. 10-12 servings):
1 nut sponge cake - my recipe (24 springform pan)
Ingredients for the filling:
400 g mascarpone (or cream cheese)
150 g cream cheese or quark (20% fat)
500 ml cream + 2 cream stiffeners
OR 500 ml plant-based cream (Rama, Guma, etc.)
100 g powdered sugar and some vanilla
2 tbsp hazelnut spread dark like Nutella (=150 g)
2 tbsp hazelnut spread light (=150 g)
4 Kinder Bueno bars
Spreadable ganache:
400 g dark chocolate or couverture
200 ml cream (not plant-based!)
Decoration:
Fondant: 3-4 pack. green, 1 pack. yellow, 1 pack. black,
1 small piece of white
gold or silver food coloring
food glue
star or snowflake cookie cutter
