The line "It's because there is no land outside of Ninjago." from Skales in season 2 imples that Ninjago is just the continent not the realm itself, it makes much more sense for the realm that Ninjago resides in to be known as "The Endless Sea" and that is what Garmadon (in that very same episode) & the Merlopians refer to it as.
No, Skales did′t mean the realm, but the island. Remember: The realm is called Ninjago, the planet is called Ninjago, the island is called Ninjago and the city is called Ninjago sometimes.
This makes so much sense now that I think about it. My theory is that Ninjago is like a continent on this mostly ocean filled planet. But maybe places like Metalonia are a biproduct of The FSM creating Ninjago
In fact there is so much water out ninjago city just islands and tree and once i heard someone say ninjago second name like it orignal name is the endless sea that all makes sense now
I actually don't like that fact. The godliness of the first spinjitzu master made him special and cool. But in seasbound they nerfed him to the point that he's equal to lloyd. And I think it's ridiculous.
I dont actually agree with that. I get where you're coming from, but Lloyd is supposed to be more powerful than the first spinjitzu master. With him being the "Ultimate" Spinjitzu Master it already implies that he holds more power than the fsm. Also in Rebooted when Llyod had already unlocked Golden Power, Garmadon said that he "merely scratched the surface" of the powers that the true Ultimate Spinjitzu Master Holds. And we know that he was talking about the fsms Powers to reshape the Land because thats what Lloyd trained for in Rebooted. So I believe that it is just a matter of heritage that his Power is, or could be if he reobtained it, stronger than that of his grandfathers
@@aquacron4548 you make a good point. But if this were to be true than lloyd can create planets and realms if he was more powerfull than his grandfather. Considering he was able to unlock his true potential so easily in season 2, the ninja could have won the battle of rebooted much earlier. I know that the overlord was fueled with golden power in season 3. But with this amount of power, lloyd could zap the overlord goodbye and use his powers to defete Chen, morro, nadekhan, the oni and...
@@invader8491 I somewhat agree with you in a sense. The Problem is that Lloyd never actually got to channel the full power of the fsm, since he gave away his golden powers. I think that if he had trained his grandfathers power and channeled both the Oni and the Dragon within, he would have been able to do a lot more than the fsm. I dont think he would have been able to create Realms however, since we don't know how Realms come to exist. As far as we know, they were just there. And the Dragons didnt use the Power of Creation to make them, since they too were creatures of the First Realm. So I think that while having the Power of both Oni and Dragon and the Power of the Ultimate Spinjitzu Master makes Llyod as close to a God as one can be in the Ninjago Universe, he will never be that powerful, since that would not work in my opinion. Imo there has to be a higher power that created the Realms or just make the Realms having always existed otherwise Lloyd would be too powerful. Remember Llyod is still bound by time, an Element which is controlled by someone else at the moment, meaning that even his power has limits.
@@aquacron4548 I suppose that could be true but we never got to see the full potential of golden power that came from lloyd. Also if he were more powerful that his grand daddy, he would have destroyed the overlord in season 2. But I see where your coming from
I love the fact that it proves he wasn't like a god he couldn't just create a planet from scratch. But the fact that he used the elements to create land in a world and build a city on that land makes so much more sense and works way better for a storyline.
I disagree because even the elements were used to create something that doesn't mean they are elements of creation. What make fire, lightning, earth, and ice elements of creation is the fact that they came from the dragons in the first realm which are creatures of creation, when in used in conjunction, they can grant wishes (mega weapon) or other objects (tornado of creation, or at least before March of the Oni). I would say they're more like elements of ninjago.
@@carolaneragouvin yeah and to be honest don't know what to say about that because it comes from the first realm but isn't the origin of the wind element, also wind still isn't able to be use to make creation as in the elemental essence.
@@theoneguywhoisatalk6331 He couldn't control easy things like water and wind. Water and wind aren't even that complicated, but he could control complex things like time. This is illogical. Also, the existence of an air dragon in the first realm contradicts this.
@@theoneguywhoisatalk6331 We don't know if there is a water dragon in the first realm . However, he could control water by merging fire and ice like Kai and Zane did in Season 5
its kinda true is because on one of the seabound episodes they literally said when the FSM arrived on ninjago he found it was invloved with chaos of wojira So ninjago was obviously created on its own by its own universe or smthng Edit: wait no ninjago wiki says ninjago was a world itself but this FSM created the ISLAND of ninjago so he only created the island of it
I think this could kinda be the "secret" that the Weekend Whip has been keeping since 2011 - maybe the lyrics kinda describe what the FSM (movement whise) while creating the land and the secret is the theory (that definitely is not a theory but rather facts) you just made
wait I have a theory: Since the FSM was born of both oni and dragon and firstbourne was the mother of all dragons so that means mabye the FSM's mother was firstbourne?
@@4cornersE and I always wondered how the first spinjitzu master got gold from the golden peaks and forged the weapons in the temple of light before he used them to "create ninjago"
Yeh I thought of that back when we got the expanded lore from Seabond. That is really quite a nerf for the powers of the FSM but I guess it makes more sense he would have left his realm for another that already exists.
Tbf, feels like this should have been from the start, considering how there’s various enemies and creatures that exist outside the Ninjago continent. The idea of FSM creating them makes it weird when they fight with Wu and the ninja. It’s better for worldbuilding to have limits on the FSM’s power and how his actions are seen by those who existed in the realm before him.
Basically we have no idea how the other realms comed in existence. But we know that dragons can travel between realms so saying that the fsm created a whole realm is incorrect becs we know he leaved his realm to go to an another
@@kirtandesai6510 sometimes i wonder if the serpentine came from lego Chima realm, and it does show that the realm and Chima was briefly seen when Lloyd was fighting over the relm crystal.
I got the message you were trying to get across but your wording was off. You should have just said, the first spin jitzu master didn't create the realm of Ninjago, he only created the land of Ninjago. Otherwise you sound a little contradictory
I think the realms are planets that the species just teleport from and to. With magic, they managed to combine their worlds through gateways. The first spinjistzu master only created a continent over a water planet.
I just made a weird connection to Aztec mythology. In one Aztec myth these four gods (the 4 Tezcatlipocas) are trying create land in a big ocean void but everything they make falls into the ocean and is eaten by a sea monster called Cipactli. They defeat it but don't kill it and use its body to make the land and keep it pacified with blood
I disagree with with you because just because water and storm where already in ninago don’t mean they are OG element Fire, Lightning, Earth and Ice are elements of creation because they came from a dragon from the first realm and he used them to create things like the dark island which only Fire, Lightning, Earth and Ice can do elements like Water and Wind / Storm can’t do
Nice Video, few things I know about it. First, Tommy Andreason pointed out in a Tweet about the Creation of the Four Weapons that the REALM did exist before and the were already the Golden Peaks and where the Temple of Light would be constructed. Now we know also about the Merlopians, Islanders and Wojira but back then they were nothing to point out. Ninjago is likely the Name of the Continent and the Realm because aside from the Endless Sea which contained, as far as people knew, not enough to justify a name that is more than anything relevant existing there. The Merlopians and Islanders likely never bothered because they either didn´t know or cared because they wanted to be on their own to protect the Amulets and or saw it somewhat justified because the Realm filled with Waves and Storm, terrorized by the malevolent Spirit, was over and it was Time for a new World of peace and Balance. Oh, and i don´t think Wojira created it. She would have had to be around since Day one for that and I´m not sure if such life could have developed under such circumstances nor that she would bother creating Life or has the Power to. Plus, the Elements of Creation are just Fire, Lightnung, Earth and Ice. The other Elements do exist, are present and important but the Elements of Creation are about the four that make up the Power of Creation so despite Wind and Water already present and important they don´t count but can give extra Power to Creationy Stuff like the Tornado of Creation as seen in MotO. Also you can make Water by combining Fire and Ice as done in the Season 5 Finale and Wind can theoretically be done by combining only the Heat and Cold of Fire and Ice respectively. This is how Wind is created in Real Life in a Nutshell. Hot Air goes up, cools down, colder Air drops to the Ground, heat it up again and never stop. I hope this comment was helpful, informative and I didn´t overdo it. And had good use of English.
I think there's 7 elements of creation Lightning, Fire, Earth, Ice, Water, Wind and Nature because how would there be trees because Earth can only control rocks.
Yeah? I knew about this the moment I saw Seabound. Though I didn’t pay to much though into it, at until I made it to Master of the Mountain was when I was starting to think “Why these? Usually Wind, Water, Earth, and Fire were the traditional elements, so why replace water and wind with ice and lightning?” Which is when Seabound eventually comes in. This technically doesn’t feel like a lie at all, it just makes sense because there had to be some kind of foundations to start off with. The water of the planet seems pretty convenient to be honest. A bit inconvenient that a giant water dragon is destroying everything and causing a ruckus.
I think it was overlord in series 8 we learnt that dragons can create (oni and dragon) and overlord what did he destroyed? Nothing he crated the clock , stone army , the helmet of shadows and turned a vehicle giant vehicle into a very masive building and in this same episode Misako said overlord turned himself into the original form as a dragon and what if all 4 golden weapon can just copy beacuse everything that they created already existed.
It also kind of scary when think nobody knows anything about their powers and all the things their power's could do possibly (do like maybe blood bending for water?) .maybe that why Morro was so powers too ?
an idea that i got is that wojira is from the first realm but it somehow made its way to ninjago and made itself a home. Then when the first spinjitzu master arrived he created the continent of ninjago
This makes sense because he only made 4 golden weapons whereas of 6 and by your theory the only thing there was water and air so to him it didn't make sense to make 6 to make the land so he only made 4
He found the realm of Ninjago but made the land of Ninjago bc you can't create something that's already bc how else did he get there with the realm crystal
Once again bringing up the freaking paradox of water and ice, why couldn’t he just combine the powers of fire and ice to create the oceans? Just like Kai and Zane did in possession, why doesn’t it work that way?
I think it's clear since forever bro You know I remember wu saying that his father mastered all of the elemental powers except water and wind they were mastered by that woman anyways so when he came he created the land and all the elements that exist in the land except water and wind that exist long ago
Another similarity with bonkles as it was a water world(not like it's a bad thing). Also, does this mean storm, wind, ice, and lightning are different elemenths?I mean lightning comes from ice clashing in the clouds, but whatever I guess, they also made energy separate from lightning, so yeah...
Is it possible that nyad could’ve been the first person to use spinjitsu instead of the “first spinjitsu master ” because they were an elemental master and were around at the same time as the first spinjitsu master
This is actually a thought I had. was the overlord and oni, Because when the first spinjitau master came to a Ninjago and created the Land, a group of onis came after and the tea shop lady(I forgot her name) we're a part of that group, since the tea shop lady is in fact an oni, which makes me believe that the overlord was also an oni. Just let that sink in for a bit
I honestly have the absolutely crazy idea/theory that the first spinjutzu master is actually evil and has been planning this since the dawn of time and every thing has gone to plan. And that he’s a criminal mastermind
The realm is still called ninjago but they make it very clear when they are either referring to the realm or just the continent also he didn’t make the continent of ninjago with the golden weapons because as stated in the show he needed the golden peaks for the gold and the temple of light to forge them, so he created the continent then made the 4 golden weapons and brought life to the continent of ninjago with the 4 golden weapons and even seen in the backstory of the fsm he landed on land already but then we saw he had the sword of fire but we can assume he had all of them and created all the plants and mountains and probably way more, this would be backed up because when he fights Wojira he doesn’t have the 4 weapons and it’s said right after the battle when the seas calmed that’s when he created the continent of ninjago. Also there were 17 realms not just 16 as it’s stated in the show “16 realms parallel to ninjago” and it’s also stated in promotional material
It’s not true that no one created the realms because I remember one character saying that the first realm ( the realm of Oni and dragon) created all realms except the first realm itself
if the temple of light made the golden weapons how did the golden weapons exist to make Ninjago? as for the temple of light was built after Ninjago was created, because it was an endless sea so nothing but water.
What if the father or grandfather or what ever of morro and grandmother or grand grandmother of nya made the water like we never new who is the father of morro and is he and wind elemental or did morro randomly became the wind master and nyad is the first master of water and defeated wojira in the ancient times so what is morrows dad/mom or grandma/pa and nyas grandma or grand grandma created ninjago????????
This makes no sense they’ve been said he only made the place not exactly the realm that is clarified by the creator tommy anderson also yeah this is stated in the show so ...
Even though is been two year but with new information from dragon rising lets make the timeline theory First there are 17 realm with every realm have a sister realm that if one fall the other to shall fall except ninjago Then there are seven source dragon that became the source of all elemental power that dwell in every dragon that will soon flow through the first spinzjitsu master except one that owned by the banised dragon soon turn into dragon spirit wojira that somehow cut connection of the water and wind element The spinjitzu master born from forbiden love between dragon and oni and in attempt to win the war each side empower him with elemntal power but he used it to build realm crystal then escaped from the realm and arrived at ninjago realm after defeating wojira he then lift a chunck of island containing golden weapon material then he create the golden weapon to keep the balance in ninjago when the overlord want to conquer it after defeating the overlord he use the realm crystal to search for people and other species to live in jis new land ninjago
In Skybound, Djinnjago fell because its sister realm was destroyed. I always wondered what the sister realm of Ninjago was, and how it existed before Ninjago did. But this video makes a lot of sense and clears up how it could have worked out.
Why does the f.m.o.s use the golden weapons if he has mastery over all the elements except wind and water which includes the "four elements of creation"
Maybe he haven't master them when he got to ninjago and maybe after creating ninjagk he did master them. I mean we know that Zane, Kai, Jay and Cole haven't mastered them at all becs we know that they don't know/control every aspect of it so we can't say they have master it
This aged well,in ninjago dragons rising they literally said that everyone knows that the first spinjitsu master CREATED ninjago but not eveyone knows he also created the other 16 realms
I just noticed in the show they said that the golden weapons came from the golden peaks then formed at the temple of light and if there wasn’t land then the FSM didn’t really use the golden weapons to make ninjago just his own elemental powers
This new ninjago origin revelation pissed me off because I knew water was an important element and when I started to watch ninjago I felt water was an important element as well but it didn’t bother me and then we get this new revelation that water and wind were kinda important in ninjago’s history so technically we’re supposed to have six golden weapons and six main ninja brah.
How the hell did create the FSM the humans? And if he didnt does this mean he waited a veeeery long time till the get this far in evolution. Because how did he has two sons without someone. And master wu is not much more than 100 years old right? So.. whats the meaning and how old could the FSM be?
If he created the lands with the golden weapons and it said he created the golden weapons in like the volcano there must’ve been some land before he came
This is just a retcon but to be honest post season 7 lore is much better since the timeline doesn’t take place over just like 100 years or some bull like that :P
My theory is that the FSM was born in the First Realm... he got older and was trying to understand his powers, then he tried to create life, maybe to make a new race to fill the First Realm or to try to end the war somehow idk. Anyways, what I'm saying is that he created the Dragon Hunters as a first attempt to create a society on the First Realm... as the war continues he loses hope and goes to another realm, searching for a new start. Maybe he got in Ninjago in first attempt, maybe not, but he founds the world is in war and chaos as well but he doesn't quit and help the people from that Realm to fight to defeat Wojira so the Realm itself could improve. He used his powers to create the four Golden Weapons and use them to create Ninjago. I honestly think there's a delay before he had his sons and I think that they don't have a mother too. The FSM started to create life on Ninjago, and maybe after a thousand years he saw families and wanted to have one himself. He had two sons: Garmadon and Wu. Garmadon was more of an Oni and Wu was more of a Dragon, and he had hope that they would work together to continue Ninjago after he passed away... I'd like to think that after he died Ninjago got in little trouble but people got used to not have a powerful being helping them. He left everything for his sons and now is probably chillin on the Dead Realm B) There's when the series start basically... That's it for me sorry if I'm not a good writer hope you understood my theory byeee
I have a theory that the realm is actually not just Ninjago... ALL! LEGO!! THEMES!!! And essentially All themes, Chima, Ninjago, Nexo Knights, the one that starts that starts with fr and ends with ds, City, EVERYTHING. And when Morro and Lloyd fought their interdimensional battle and reached Chima they just reached another part of the og realm. Source: Trust me bro
