I really love watching Jason’s civ rp. I’m used to seeing civilians who care about the appearance of being clean more than actually being law abiding. It’s refreshing to see a true civilian try so earnestly to make it without becoming a cop/lawyer/doctor.
As far as I understand it, the reason IC that the company doesn’t want Jason’s group selling computers is because they want a monopoly on the market, because they want to stay ahead of all other groups in progression and gatekeep other groups from making progress. That is the reason that they do this IC. Ooc I think they’re mad about the nunu NVL incident and the NVL 911 call that caused the failed home robbery and so this is retaliation.
Since the police are useless Jason needs to zerg them and make it unpalatable for more conflict because they can't get real shit done because him or his buddies pop out at every turn to stick him with a knife. War is bad for business and they will be losing money because they have to deal with war. Jason and his group have nothing to lose really and I hear they have money. If they finance people to fight against the company while they are not around to keep the pressure on. That or he needs to go under a bigger umbrella so he's not so easy to fuck with.
