Nintendo, that's like saying a Skyscraper is being rude for blocking your view of the clouds passing by, or that a sidewalk is violating your right to walk wherever you want. Nintendo is more than one person, and they have conflicting ideas and strategies to try to combat piracy, which is a threat for indie devs, new businesses, mobile app devs, and even the safety of unkidnapped women, children, disabled adults, and college boys. Nintendo doesn't know how serious piracy is and they're always too slow to press charges. Seriously. I personally have been told by cheaters on Splatoon 2 that they were going to my home to kill me, they even mentioned my name address and phone number. I needed to find a way to have the issue of my safety addressed and I did. They were going to kill me just because I witnessed unauthorized Salmon Run Stages that somehow ended up in the official update for the game by mistake instead of the modded update. that's actually a serious crime and many children and teenagers paired up with these hackers in standard random matchmaking were killed because they recorded a 30 second video of gameplay on a stage that officially doesn't exist. By the way, the Salmon Run Stage they designed was impossible to complete wave 2 before a wipeout. And they had an unusual boss Salmonid that was stage specific, larger than Cohozuna.
