Hello, A-Sven-gers! Thanks for checking out this video on how to reset a frozen Nintendo Switch. My son went to play his Nintendo Switch and it was frozen - I tried pressing all buttons and the touch screen but it was completely locked up.
Pressing and holding the Power Button did prompt the shut down menu which allowed me to completely power down the console.
When I rebooted the console the Nintendo Switch thankfully restarted without issue and has been working fine since.
