Late replay, but Yoshitatsu is Saito Yoshitatsu given name, Saito is their family/ clan name. Or if you are talking about Saito Toshimitsu, then the same applies, just replace Yoshitatsu with Toshimitsu.

Yeah, went into the game wanting to make a mage and ended up with a ninja. Literally a dexterity based wizard.

Omoikane and your choice of tsukiyomi or marici and you can easily run both :)

Probably a bit late already but you can level melee mastery infinately it just gives you a +1 or a +2 to damage but its more than nothing.

The rate is absolutely abysmal. I've had to farm bosses upwards of 50 times. UGH.

Just double tap the respective inputs for Crimson Lotus and Devastation. Gotta have Tonfa Gun tempered on your Tonfa.

:( hidden skill farming sucks. stack item drop rate and pray to RNGesus. ive had to kill a boss over 50 times to get skills sometimes. ugh

Not anymore you can't. I have all the skills on my main character already, but I just started a new game. And the drop rate for skills on ng is like .005% now, no joke. After the whole game was out, and then the pc release came, they nerfed the drop rate on ng, to force you to get them from ng+ and up. Dumbest decision ever. On my 1st run back at release, I got all the skills except triple threat, and reverse impact, within 10-15 tries. Now, I've put in 50+ tries per boss with skills, and I've got 5 out of 28 skills. So I did the math, and that's about 1000 tries total, and I have 5 skills. Ridiculous. Doubly so, since I already farmed all the skills on my other character. But I have almost every smithing text already, on ng. And really good scrolls dropped on my 1st twilight mission on strong, in multiples. So they greatly increased drop rates of texts and scrolls, build stuff, and nerfed skill drops into the ground. Proving yet again, that team Ninja only cares about all the "look at my op build" people, and players that just enjoy skill play are left to just deal with it, I guess. I wish I had it on pc... I'd just cheat engine all the skills on, right at the start. I finished ng with my highest stat at 22, and no set bonuses to speak of; I don't want to make a build, I want all my skills asap. I love nioh 2, and I'm thinking about just quitting... I can't imagine that most new players coming in now want to deal with this.... it's the same thing with tempering now too. It used to be, you could get decent stuff with regular umbracite, if you roll enough; but now, anything worthwhile doesn't roll at all, unless you use at least quality. It's like they dialed up the rng to insane heights now. New players are gonna play one playthrough and be done with it.... and I can't blame them. Locking the very best gear, and effects behind at least dotw already turns many players off; now, hidden skills are essentially locked behind at least ng+. Unless you're willing to fight each boss like 300 times per skill that is. It's very frustrating, compared to how fair it was the first time

Soul cores such as Fuki and Aberrant Soldier have this effect. Unlikely to be a cheater.

@@PopstarDracula I like all GS talismans for different reasons. Hyobishin, Ho-oh, Mizuchi are pretty popular. But, it's kind of a matter of preference.
