I found a Ethereal Hand Cannon farming location in The Crimson Fortress Twilight Mission (I'm not sure if this works on the standard version of the level because I've never tried so HURRY BEFORE THE RESET). By using a similar method used in the Yasakani Magatama techinique, you can get at high chance at getting a ethereal hand cannon. Just follow the video and happy hunting.
