Nirinjan Kaur teaches the Adi Shakti Meditation 

I would like to say a big Thank You! We were trying for a baby for a year.Nothing... So I tried chanting this mantra with you for just over two weeks (with a fertility crystal). Boom!Pregnant! We lost a baby before and naturally been very anxious.However I'm at 26 weeks and we both doing really well! Keep chanting!💙💚💜❤️ Namaste!

I take up the challenge , did it 2 days so far but after each session I see my face is more relaxed and skin is glowing from increased blood flow
