Nirinjan Kaur Teaches the Antar Naad Meditation for the Full Moon 

I have been practicing Hawtha Yoga for 7 years. I only got into Kundalini about a month ago. It has been a life changer for me. This meditation brings me deeper and gives me calmness more than any yoga (Vinyasa or Yin). I have been practicing Transcendental Meditation since 1970. I have never gotten as deep as I did the first time I did this meditation. I want to thank Nirinjan for sharing this gift. I hope she is alive well and happy!

That was amazing! I could see the colours swirling in my third eye and during the last breathes I really felt the buzz of energy all around my body as it was finished I felt like I was embodying my higher self and I felt extreme love all around and in me.
