This is an actual fun song to play when you're bad at drums, like me. It's fun and easy to play, and most importantly it's more than the basic drum beat everyone learns as a beginner.
I had the biggest obsession with this song like the whole month because I love Grohl's drumming here, and now you upload this ♥ The obsession will never be over!
it sounds a bit pretentious and in the end it doesn't sound good as it doesn't match the composition, it sounds weird and exaggerated instead of that dave sound
a good drummer doesn`t have to play semiquaver notes on a 250bpm beat perfectly. he should adjust his playstyle to the genre and song he plays to. technically the cover of this song is not that demanding but this cover is adjusted very very good to the style and much better than many over exaggerated covers with fancy fills. i apologyze for some mistakes in my language i am not a native speaker but keep going with this style of playing i like it very much and i think many drummers can learn from this kind of a cover

I have a suggestion, you should put posters and other stuff around the room, for me the thing that matter's the most is the drumming, but ya know, this is youtube and i think that for other type of viewr's it would be something, you know, you can always be creative and create something else that can be curious idk... Colm Dowling Yeah, it's still a great option you know, for me personally it's indifferent, i'm a drummer too so i just see the video 1 time, after that i put the video and just listen the sound, in that way the drummer and the drums get all the attetion, it's the main thing you know, i can see that that room looks like a dome lol, so there isn't too much space on the walls because they aren't straight up. btw, in the 0:20 you put that camera angle, i think that you should put the camera a bit further behind. Don't know if you understanded it it's just english isn't my mother tongue xd Cheers
Yeah Im up in my attic so there isn't much space. That go pro mount is stuck on to the ceiling so I can't change that , I just switched to that camera angle a handful of times throughout the video to try and make it more interesting . No its cool man your english is good.
Yeah i liked the angle, it's always good to be trying new angles and stuff, the thing is that it gave me the impression that it is a bit forward but no big deal, you should try that vests to put the gopro in, i always liked that, although it may be awkward to the person using it...
Man, I wish I'd my kit setup, I know all of Nirvana's stuff like the back of my hand! Do some not so usual stuff, stuff off Bleach, demos, rare-tracks etc. :)
