Very impressive! Was it comfortable for you to play that on the Hi-hat though? I'm really struggling with it, I really want to move the Hi-hat away from me. like... to the place right under your left crash. Do you think that would be comfortable?

yeah, you will get copywrited. you could get a mechanical license for it but it costs a good amount of money and i wouldn’t do it unless you were doing a full cover of the song
You have an interesting style. Most people rely on "drag" rolls when playing their beats but you do a double stroke with the left hand. I've seen it here and there but you've wholly replaced drag rolls in this song with that style. Makes me wonder if you took snare drum in school first before teaching yourself on the kit. Sounds good either way but strikes me as more difficult to play that way.
