@@ariannaa.1625 I remember reading an article k.l said Kurt used to come home from rehearsal mad because of Dave .. Maybe she lied idk but Kurt was obviously closer with krist
i love watching old nirvana footage - they seemed like the only band from seattle who were all just genuinely great friends and love hanging out and making jokes together.
Radiohead, Arcade Fire, Weezer, Interpol, Arctic Monkeys, Foo Fighters and the Flaming Lips? Bands like Pearl Jam or the Smashing Pumpkins still survive to this day, and used to be great but they make shit these days
It’s interesting to look at these interviews 30 years later but I am left with the conclusion that Kurt was definitely aware of how he would be perceived in these interviews. He wanted to appear aloof and uninterested in what was happening, but in reality he knew what he was doing and it was brilliant.
@@stnes0228 yeah and I'm planning to bring it back to live i mean I already sound like Kurt but in a girl voice and I have a talent to like sing yell in the right sound if that makes sense and I know how to play the electric guitar and my cousin plays bass guitar so there is money of the band there and I just need a drummer
These were my favorite parts and im not putting them in order! Jumping Dave: 2:01 Kurt being "hurt": 0:09 Vodka: 8:01 "Wanna wipe with this?": 2:46 "Hi mom": 4:43 Kurt in a (another) dress: 6:12 Kurt: "hiss" Courtny "Hi": 6:39 Krist falls: 6:49 Teaching her how to cuss: 9:52 "I cant hear": 7:55 Just Daves face: 8:32 "Oh the potato chips": 9:22 Frame forearm: 10:41 Do pot, slack off: 11:15 "And a twist of lemon": 11:43
I am 44 years old and I am from Poland. Kurt's death and the end of Nirvana were a blow to me, but their music has stayed with me until today and they will always be my friends, even though I don't even know them. Life is strange.
Krist was very funny at that time, when Kurt died, Krist died too, he just stopped to make jokes and talking funny. Check their recent interviews, it´s like if he lost half life or something. So sad.
Kurt is such a great honest kind soul, I wish he were here today so we could all appreciate him, I wish he could have found some help, so funny man that trio was just so funny, they were legit family
Whenever I think my life is a little messy and start isolating I always remember how these three were, all while being the bestest of friends and having a good time rip kurt
@@dezskye33 It's a joke dude, we'll probably never gonna get the answers to all that questions about the whole details and happenings of that dark situation.
@@hauntedbylight you tf bruh, just becaus he didn't got to know him at the time back then, doesn't mean that he doesn't have the right to miss/be sad to not get to see him anymore.
Seeing Krist being a loveable fun doofus throughout this video makes me realize how little joy he has today , when you watch recent interviews with him , you can clearly tell life hasnt been easy on him ever since Kurt passed , it's really weird , it looks like a mere ghost of the guy that was Krist
They met when they were 16 and 17 respectively and Krist was often described as the only person that could make Kurt really laugh. That shit can seriously change a person, it’s really sad, I feel terrible for him.
