Re;Birth 1 is a a total conversion remake; the only thing it really has in common with the original game are the core concept, core story, most of the characters, and most of the voice cast. Everything else was thrown out and completely rebuilt from the portrait art to the music. This includes all of the videoettes, such as this one. Indeed, the character of Nisa (that being Nippon Ichi Software America) doesn't feature in any other Neptunia game save for the original. That's why I'm slugging through the first Neptunia. Like I said in my Re;Birth 1 review, the original game is _not_ good. It's tedious and slow, with a completely un-fun battle system. Re;Birth 1 really did the right decision to throw away the original game and model it after Victory instead. But the reward for suffering through the gameplay are the exclusive cutscenes, which are hilarious.
