Yes the Ariya is a very good car and lovely to drive. Anyone taking a test drive will be impressed by its quietness comfort and power if it’s needed. Even all the windows are laminated glass which help to make it a very quiet car. During this early June 2023, I have been getting a range of 240 miles showing on a full charge on the dashboard of my 63kw basic Advance model, using standard mode with e pedal. So I’m happy with that for such a large car. Anyone buying this car will be happy with it. And guess what? It even has a rear window wiper !
Yes Keith, appreciate the comment and sharing your experience with your Ariya! And you made us laugh with your last sentence😂 thanks so much for stopping by and chatting with us 🤗
Had my Ariya 63kwh Evolve for a month and love it. Been a Mercedes man for the last few years but very glad I made the move, this is a premium level car! I am averaging 3.5kwh giving me a range of 220 miles and my home wallbox gives full charge over 8 hours ( 2 x 4 hour cheap rate overnight). Pro Pilot is amazing, particularly in motorway traffic when you dont need to touch a thing. I think you can tell I am really pleased with my Ariya, so far!! Great video BTW!!
Tom thanks so much for the message. Loving getting these messages and hearing that you love your new car. You went for the evolve I see very nice! It is such a premium interior I really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing your miles and what you are getting I hope it helps other potential buyers out there. Are you from the UK Tom? Thank you for sharing and the kind words 🤗
Good to hear, i drive an ix3 but looking to change this year. I really like this car, seems to stand out in a sea of very average looking EVs. I like its an EV from the ground up unlike BMWs EVs
Good review👍 I ordered mine recently (Evolve with big battery) mainly because on a PCP it is very competitive at the moment. Big deposit contribution plus high resale value at the end makes it significantly cheaper than all the competition you mention. It is sooo quiet and comfortable too.
Hi, I have the Advance 63kwh with the Bose tech pack and 22kwh on board charger with 19” wheels. Had it about 6 weeks and I’m probably averaging around 210 miles. The cold really affects the range however, but now summer is coming and I can definitely see the difference in the range. Great video by the way 👍🏻
In e-pedal mode you can actually control regen, don't lift your foot completely off. Too bad they ruined it by not stopping like the LEAF. Absolute deal breaker for me, while the LEAF felt like a step forward in control and driving comfort with the e-pedal, the Ariya feels like going back to an old style automatic.
@@monk3yboy69 It might still do that, no idea... But that is of no use if there is no car in front of you. Anyway adaptive cruise has very little to do with one pedal driving. Two completely different things.
I read that this was an intentional feature because some Leaf drivers werent using the brakes at all, which was causing issues with ceasing up due to lack of use. I think this makes sense.
