This video shows how I removed the rear lift blocks from my 2013 Frontier (the previous owner installed them). I decided to share the procedure of removal because many other RU-vid videos show a replacement with alternate size blocks. When removing them only, you have to deal with the leaf pack shifting and the axle rotating. In my case, the U-bolts were stuck onto the leaf springs and block. So I used a 3lb hammer to get everything loose and then finagle the U-bolts loose. I hope you find this video helpful. If you don’t have an impact wrench then you will need a breaker bar for the lower shock mount bolt which torqued to 148 ft-lbs and is not easy to access under the truck.
