the GTR slowed down after knowing he had the win, listen to the sound of the exhaust..and watch how he eased through the traps...stock GTR's can and have run 10.8...i also love nova's and props to you for what you did for so little...people do not think beforehand that if you can do all the work yourself, you can only spend $3000 and get where you are..good job.
It is pretty crazy that the two GTR's had the exact same speed at the end of the mile... Even though they're the same car and they could both be maxed out in gearing, that doesn't mean that they would top out at the exact same speed, down to 1/100th of a km/h. It's just a crazy coincidence.
Yes the engine bay caught fire on the Atomic fusion Z06. But it has been rebuilt and looks sexier then before. Also it recently ran a 4.0@195mph. In the 1/8. Faster then what the Omega gtr does in the 1/4! LOlOl
The older models did. If you check the nissan website they list it at 196 actually. However if you search youtube people have got it over 200 mph bone stock
because stephen, you could have it modded like your nova, by AMS..wasn't talking about buying a GTR..your nova is quicker then a stock GTR, your car is heavily modded that is the reason it is so quick..and high school was a long time ago for me as well.

they both have same top speed. which mean couldn't go above the limit. but the winner of the race, the car in the left lane got to the top speed faster then the car in the right lane, do to the hp difference. know you understand what happen there.
The C63 is a fully equiped car with super luxury option and other entertainement features, with leather and varnished wood if not carbon fiber. it is a home on wheel. The GTR has... an engine.
that is just how i feel but if i loved the GTR more than my dream 280z i would learn to get over them most of them wont even come close to owning one any time soon or ever as a matter of fact
lol what i ment is the GTR is to common to the auto world every one is talking about it but you dont hear much about the corvette ZR1 thats why i like it i live in texas so i do see corvettes alot but only Z06 not ZR1

Nissan sells very few GTR's. compared to other $100k+ cars Motor-trend said they knew NO ONE that even owned a GTR and concluded that the car has no soul. The prefornce is there,but its soul is non existent and that lack of soul runes the car.
I like the GT-R..in fact its the only Nissan ISN'T a joke. Maybe they should have taken some of the time they spent on the GT-R and spent it on the rest of their lineup. LOL
Brawn, I've driven then too and I have to seriously disagree with you! The GTR is FAR from bland... The GTR 2011 and up are the most fun out of the cars you mentioned(Gallardo) and hands down more fun to drive than the Lambo! You're able to take the car to YOUR personal limits much quicker and safer lol As for the most fun behind the wheel...for me, it was actually a 2013 BRZ limited model with a S/C and a bunch of other amazing bolt ons and even though that boxer engine only put down 289whp to the wheels, I swear that was the most fun you can have with your cloths on... handled like a dream and pushing the car to its limits was easy, which in turn made the entire experience epicly enjoyable! The only car that came close was Ferrari 458...
Weird...the lights on the tree were not falling evenly. I never noticed it before & now i'm wondering if that why some of these driver's look like they're sleeping at the light?

Are you proud that a 2014 GTR track pack beat out a base model C7 in speed while losing in the test overall? Can you imagine what the Z07 let alone the new ZR1 will do to it? Of course you can't.
