The title is NOT misleading. First off the juke won the quarter mile hands down. Second the juke also technically won the mile race too. The "winner" was determined by the Bugatti itself being slightly faster at a mile in a vacuum (ET-elapsed time, which doesn't account for human reaction time) but the driver in the juke had a faster reaction time (RT) and so the actual race was technically won by the Juke since it crossed the line. .006 seconds faster. Can't you guys read?
Well Veyron won it, is that so embarrassing to admit? Because what they are measuring here is how fast cars are on a mile, not how fast are human reactions. So what matters is which car is faster running a certain distance. The Juke could even hit the finish line one day ahead and lose it anyway (because the time will only start to count for the bugatti when it starts moving).

Regardless of what you say about Nissan, It's a company that doesn't back down from race or show. Their little 6 cyl is beating V8 and V10s.. Say what you want, but to alot of people who hate Nissan are starting to respect for them.

It's the same sub frame as the gtr but the gtr was abit longer so had to cut it in half and weld it back together alittle smaller but they didn't no how the electrics would work but they did and more so. But in this juke is powered by a 700bhp gtr engine
Pay attention guys, this juke has awd with a pro tuned and engineered gtr engine in it as well, weights 1k lighter then all the cars it raced. But keep in mind these races were based on pro tuned vs stock cars. But I still thought it's pretty cool bc this juke is still a everyday ride

TheVman551 No, YOU'RE not right. This Juke has the EXACT motor as a GTR. Literally. They built a GTR engine just like they normally would, and put it in a Juke. So yes, it has all the 'special technology' or whatever the fuck you're talking about. It's the SAME motor.
How is this possible lol, the people making veyrons and ferraris talk about how revolutionary their cars are. But some modders take a cheap SUV and put performance parts in it and it beats the Bugatti in the 1/4 mile. Those supercars are not so revolutionary I guess
Guff - LGP nop, this is a custom build. there is a Juke-r, but this is custom. it has a GT-R R35 v6 with between 700/850 bhp. its from SV-Engineering ;) awsome beast
Jeez, so what if that Juke has been modified, it's running with the big boys, give it credit! Did the others not modify anything? The Juke is a little SUV fer god's sake. That is a Juke body and it wasn't designed to be super-aerodynamic like the other cars and it still beat some of them. It's f-ing amazing. It's not ugly, it's stylish & unique. I wish I had a little turbo Juke.
It isn't actually a juke, it's got a gtr engine and drivetrain that was heavily modified to increase the stock gtr power plant from roughly 500hp to over 700. It is closer to a gtr than a juke as they took a gtr and put a juke shaped body on it. It is as close to a juke as a Chevy Malibu is to a NASCAR "stock" car.
Supercars are about top speed not acceleration, the juke started off faster but bugatti was making its way up slowly, juke still cant do 267mph at top speed which is why it would lose if the track was 4 miles, bugatti reaches top speed at 2 miles

In the heads up battle 1/4 mile YES (he beat the Veyron) in 1 mile NO, but according to the later time slips (the solo run and the race against the Gallorado) Yes he did beat the Veyron in the 1 mile course. Which proves it viable and repeatable 1 mile time.
Pretty confused on how a 1200hp veyron wouldnt destroy a 700hp juke... It doesnt vary enough in weight to make up a 500hp deficit. But then the lambo steps in and takes the cake by what seems like a couple of football field lengths. The Veyron has 2 driving modes right? Reserve mode doesnt utilize all of the 1200hp?
+Austin Schenke if you look at the 60ft. you can tell that the veyron didnt even use launch control at all. Its not a quarter mile race so why burn up your clutches and tires when you know you can run down the other car in the back half.
How is this a fair race when the Juke is upgraded and the Ferrari and Bugatti are stock? I don't care that the Juke won the Ferrari and Bugatti still look a million times better than the chunky Nissan Juke.

Veloxy you can tune a ferrari, it's just very expensive. As for a bugatti, you're right. Most of the parts in the bugatti were custom made anyway so try to find some parts that will make it faster,not slower lol.

I would have a Nissan GTR Skyline any day. Pound for pound, it whips these. I love speed in both bikes n cars. But having the experience of travelling in a bran spanking Ferrari 455 Italia flat out, I have decided to call it a day!! for the record it is like it has the extra 300HP because use 0-60 tool the weight is Bugatti 4250/4387 depends on model versus juke 2912 lbs . So the tool will show 0-60 is almost the same 2.7/2.8 for both. So is crazy fast as well juke with that much power.
Yes, the bugatti won (look at the times again, they don´t count human reaction time, they are measuring cars here, not how fast humans react), but some people seem to be really annoyed about it .
its nissan juke R guys it has the GTR engine n upgraded with some performance pack for going fast. its a limited production (if i didnt remember wrong)n its tuned from 545hp tp 700 hp so no need to feel sad about ferrari losing
Juke R slapped that Veyrons ass by .006 second ET+RT Built > Bought everytime It even managed a pure 27 seconds on that Lambo run. That Lambo was running built hp numbers not stock

Maybe not tune it like these people did but it's a SUV. Not a Porsche, Audi but s Nissan! If this does not blow your mind that a car(Suv) pretty much beat a B then something wrong. And yet who would modify a Bugatti? At that price tag you wouldn't dare do anything to it without risking permanent damage and huge costs afterwards. It also would be a harder job to be done compared to the juke or pretty much any other car.Ok, the Veyron was the car to break the 400 kph milestone, but some guys just take if too far and consider it to be some kind of god of automobilism.

This is exactly how I drive my Juke! None of these were really fair match-ups (IMHO)... the Ferrari was stock, the bugatti had 300 more HP (almost lost), and that bad ass Lambo Gallardo has 2005HP!!
