It can be done ✅ but not highly recommended to do so as specially Navara heads are so delicate… if you do so so many precautionary care to be taken

Hi, well there will be an issue to blown the head gasket.. please have the following check * using the correct radiator cap -* using the correct reservoir tank cap * if the water fan replaced along with the head gasket replaced? Are you using the torque settings to tighten the gasket?

I think I have already posted but let me mention it again. 1. Tighten to 29 - 30 N.m 2. Loosen completely to 0 N.m 3.Tighten to 19-20 N.m 4.Tighten to 120 to 125 Degree by using angular tightening. Creo que ya publiqué, pero déjame mencionarlo nuevamente. 1. Apriete a 29 - 30 N.m 2. Afloje completamente a 0 N.m 3.Apriete a 19-20 N.m 4. Apriete de 120 a 125 grados mediante apriete angular.

Best is to install new sleeves and use standard size piston

@@abcautotrendy Some engine its strech bolts and they need to be replaced everytime you undo them. But the YD25 dont have them ?

@negueba235689 its depends, you need to inspect the thread on both the bolt and the head before tightening them | so better to use the correct torque wrench with correct settings. In case if the thread has been damaged you may need to insert either helicoil or customize helicoil

Well, there is a maximum limits to surface engine head and the block..so you have to inform the lathe workshop technician to be causation about that… They only can let you know whether the head needs to surface and valve (intake and exhaust) needs to be replaced, valve guides needs to be replaced along with the valve sheets With regards to the engine block… they will update you whether piston needs to be replaced and if so the bore also needs to replace with sleeves.. If there is displacement in the piston bore, the stroke ratio differ so in that case it’s a mandatory replacement

Tighten bolts from inside to outside order. a. Apply engine oil to bolt threads and seat surfaces. b. Tighten all bolts to 39.2 Nm c. Tighten 180 degrees (angle tightening). d. Loosen completely to 0 Nm. e. Tighten all bolts to 39.2 Nm f. Tighten 90 degrees (angle tightening). g. Tighten another 90 degrees (angular tightening).
