Thanks for posting this video, it worked and now there is not lag when moving from natural to drive. It engages much quicker now. The only issue I noticed it didn’t resolve was the flat tyre and the dent in the wing.

Thank you so much for this sharing. I have just changed my alternator pully, adjustable pully, belting, serviced my radiator and engine cooling fan because my engine suddenly became noisy and no acceleration. But the problem is still there. Not just that, my aircond was not cooling anymore. But went I reset the ecu just like in your video, my aircond is normal again. But the acceleration problem is still there. My friend got the same problem but i think thats the electrical fuel pump sensor. Anyway, thanks again for this video.
Thanks dude you're a star👏👏👏I put some diesel cleaner through mine and it didn't like it so that triggered the management light I got turned off but its come so I'll try your technique
I' m just wondering if all those Diesel Cleaners available today are not causing more problems than they fix! It may be the quality of our fuel supplied to us. I'll have a go at this later today.
Do u reccomend doing this on cold start or when the trucks warm? I have an engine tick/click when driving mostly between 1500 and 2500 rpm. Took to nissan for diagnostic they said it was a wheel bearing and a loose air filter housing but im not convinced. Keen to give this a go just want to male sure im following all the steps correctly. Steyn, ek het SCV vervang. Hierdie resep het nie gewerk nie (2011 D40 Thai spec). Ek moes nog 'n stap by doen. So, dieselfde as joune, maar na die 10 sek floor, wag dat liggie 2 keer deur sy sequence gaan en floor die pedal weer vir 10 sek.

I tell you to clean the scv valve of my nissan d40 frontier, but when doing the reset I get to the part where the light of the ckeck engine starts to flash, after this I press the accelerator pedal for 10 seconds so that the pump is reset , but the check engine light does not stop flashing. Have I done something wrong in the procedure? Greetings from the island of Chiloé in Chile
Not sure, try it. Mine was also smokey when pedal was down. Didn't make a difference to that, but i think clearing faults, and refreshing the sensors all round helps a bit
111Steyn thanks for reply, this D40 does seem a bit prone to smoke, short stroke and big spray i understand, thanks again i will do the reset and see what happens

Apparently if you keep counting engine light three times for ten each Then turn to acc wait for two mins then listen for a buzz sound then turn completely off Is another with all of what you said Hope it helps as mine was up to 16.5 a hundred K not good His channel was Mark Cadz
