This was standard style balancing 40yrs ago, I remember as a kid watching them do this, but that was also a time when wheel bearings where repacked every other balance and ball joints still had grease fittings that lasted the life of a car, anybody remember balancing a 2 barrel idle mixture circuits so then engine idled smooth? Carb days are gone……….until an EMP or an extreme CME hit, or pole reversal lol
@@tee3138you too young obviously to understand .ok the english not perfect. Maybe google translate thing but as a retired old grease monkey who done them things i understand. I get garages call me up to go and do rear brakes for them as youngsters dont understand drum brakes. Plus tuning up a old jaag or something similar with multiple carbs. Dont mention distributors and vacuum advance units .
Sand tires are meant for driving in sand and not to speed on highway because its not meant to drive on road. However the locals in middle east are not afraid if tire Burst for that misapplication. They did it for fun Ride. Also that balancing machine cannot help a 100 percent to match the wheel and tire it will still vibrate at 80kph and above 100 because the tire is 40 percent more bigger than the OEM tire.
🎉On vehicle Finish Balancing. This does not dynamically balance the wheel, only statically in the single plane. There is only one pick up transducer that the ball joint sits in. Everytime the heavy part of the assembley goes around this generates a force which is picked up by the transducer and sent to the display and triggers a pulse that strobes a light. The light is picked up by reflective tape that is place between the rim and tread of the tyre. This is used as a reference for the postion were to place the weight At the same time a display shows the inbalance in grms/oz's. This is a guestimate as prior to balancing you have to calibrate the balancer. It must see a known weight, so yiu have to adjust the sensitivity which takes into account the size and weight of the assembly and the position of the pickup in relation to the inbalance. Bearing in mind these are finish balancers, not dynamic two plane balancers. BMW etc reccomend these after a two plane job. You leave the weights on that you put on and should split the amount of weight evenenly bwtween the inner and outer planes when applying. Truck shops use these because they either believe these are go, dont want to invest in a off truck balancer and all the adaptor plates and cones and lift required and the operator who knows what to do. The comments here about this balances everything and its dynamic Its not thats Trump talk. Dont belive me. Go to your tyre shop. Get them to balance a big wide wheel like the one above. But switch the balancer into the static or single plane mode. Balanced right. A bunch of weight in the one location. Now switch it back into the dynamic two plane mode a put in the compensation values, distance to the inner plane, rim width = distance to the outer plane and rim dia = how far out the wheight is going to be from the centre of the shaft. No need to respin, what does it say. Dont forget to put it Fine 1gm Mode and out of the 5gm round off mode. What do you see. This is the Dynamic Imbalance left behind from the static imbalance. Rule #1 you will always be left with the dynamic imbalance after statically balancing an object. On vehicle balancing is finish balancing only. The wheel should be vertically true when doing this, other wise youll intoduce gyro imbalance into it.
BRO IT ALSO CALCULATE BRAKE ROTOR, WHEEL BEARING ,DRIVE SHAFT IT IS BETTER TO REMOVE WHEEL FIT IN TO WHEEL BALANCING MACHINE AND FINALLY IT CREATES UNWANTED FRICTION BETWEEN BOTH WHEELS THESE TYPE OF BALANCING DAMAGE THE TYRE
