Manufacturing footage from Nissan North America’s plants, showcasing production of 2012-2022 model year cars, trucks and powertrains: Nissan Pathfinder, Rogue, Altima, Maxima, Murano, Leaf, Frontier, Titan and the Titan’s V8 powertrain.
Locations: Canton Vehicle Assembly Plant in Mississippi, Smyrna Vehicle Assembly Plant in Tennessee and Decherd Powertrain Assembly Plant in Tennessee.

Dont give up keep trying. Mercedes here in Alabama ha d a hiring event in Tuscaloosa recently. Toyota/Mazda just opened in Huntsville Al. WE also have a Hundai plant in Montgomery and a Honda plant near Talladega.

Don’t have to worry about vehicles sitting in boats anchored in harbors . Load ‘‘em on trucks and delivery time . Just ordered my 2022 Platinum , Gun Metallic. My 2020 was totaled in a car crash Sept. 3 this year . Dec. 23 and still no Murano . 11 weeks since order was put in with dealership . Took delivery of my 2022 Murano SL AWD May 13 . Magnetic Black Pearl w/ Moonroof package . Platinum was not being produced in this time frame . The only absent options are electronic telescoping steering wheel , ventilated front seats and upgraded seats . What a gorgeous vehicle !

Seems to be less automation in Nissan plants and more hand welding and caulking etc,more room for error due to to worker fatigue.

Nissan production definitely needs improvements from video showing. Lacking of quality, assemblymen more training, and automation must addressing as well. Currently- systems setup not productive. No wonder Nissan didn’t made the quality cuts for years now. Update the automate systems and overhaul training procedures. Looking at Toyota, Volvo, BMW, Tesla, etc.

The ventilation there should be good enough on the floor that workers do not have to don diapers imo. Used to have a Nissan Hardside truck- great machine and I like the Frontier but understand there has been corruption at Nissan's top. Bad sign. Bye bye Nissan!

Because people hammer on them and do not get the CVT transmission fluid and two filters changed every thirty thousand miles like they should which really adds to the failure rate.
