Welcome back to the channel!
This ode we are repacking a Nissan Qashqai turbo on the 1.5 dci engine.
this turbo suffered a lovely failure as you can see!
we replaced it with a recon unit and cleaned the intercooler out!

Its the Renault . Dacia engine . Mercedes use but don't like to be reminded merc share an engine with the cheapest cars you can buy 😢😮

I knew I made the mistake when I watched it back, its indeed a Renault engine!! my brain just said Mercedes!! Either way the turbo is a pain to replace!! Also if you look on the video you can see a Renault stamp on the manifold!

Is it much the same procedure to change the feed and return lines on the turbo? How many hours it take you?

it took around 6h - as for the feed and return lines - basically yes. not easy to access at all.
