A recent quote on LHD conversion I personally asked for (in Italy) was 7000 to 9000 euros. In order to do it you have to get all of the steering parts from a LHD S14, rewire pretty much everything, punch a new hole where the cables need to pass through the wall between you and the engine as well as closing the original one up properly. Finally you have to either cut up all of the dashboard (both upper and lower), move things over and fill the gaps or you buy an entirely new fiberglass dashboard. There's more to it but this is the general idea, it's not a simple job and should ideally be done by somebody who has already done it in the past.
