Thank you for viewing and commenting. I assume you mean the instrument cluster? If so it should be just as easy. Unfortunately I'm not near one of these vehicles to make a video on at this time, I'm expecting one soon from the same rental company. Rentals are always getting cracked. There should be other tubers that may have put up a video. I will keep you in mind the next time I get one of these and film what I can while I have it.
@@williamstevenson8518 thank you for viewing and commenting. I'm unsure of installing an aftermarket device in these vehicles, but I am sure that there are devices that can help you keep most if not all of your factory functions. Try checking on the crutchfield website, they carry most of what you need for car audio.
@@ScarzCarzanyway you can give me like an amazon link? for the screw driver i’m not very familiar with the brands i’m taking my radio out in a few days and this will help so much lol
where can I find a new screen replacement? the previous owner must've tried cleaning the screen with something that ultimately scratch up the whole screen and I can't stand the look of it lol I want to replace it asap.
Thank you for viewing and commenting. You can try sites like e bay or amazon for replacing the unit, there are places that repair the screen but it could cost as much as a good quality aftermarket device.
Do you know which of the wire clips on the back of the radio control the steering wheel controls. My voice command button keeps going off by itself and I have had to remove the fuse for the whole audio system to make it stop.
Thank you for viewing and commenting. I'm not sure which wire it would be, could be the fiber optic one. Or you can pull the radio and unplug certain wires while testing the function. Luckily we just received another versa, if time permits I will tackle it and try to figure it out.
Thank you for viewing and commenting. There shouldn't be a modification if both vehicles are equipped similarly. From what I can remember I removed the radio from a better equipped version, meaning better wheels and appearance to a not so equipped. As long as everything plugs in it should work fine. But at the same time not exactly sure, I thought I would have to reprogram after swapping but so. I would try getting on a Nissan versa forum and see if anyone else has tried what you need.
@@ReaksOP thank you for viewing and commenting. That would be a good question for the versa forum site. I don't know these newer radios just yet, I apologize.
Thank you for viewing and commenting. I apologize, but no. I got lucky with the one I got. There should be a menu that displays that information. If not, remove your radio and check the sticker, there should be some info. On there. Again, I apologize for not being more helpful.
So i know how to do all this but very good instructions u give do you guys possible know the colors for the door speakers that run to the back of the radio i have a 2020 nissan versa sv and im trying to tap into thoes wire to install a sub
thank you for the view. sorry for late reply, life has been crazy lately. i would search the web for places that can make screen repairs, i tend to replace with known good parts so never needed to repair
@@williamgaribaldi2124 thank you for viewing and commenting. I suppose I got real lucky with this one, the radio I got was removed from an sr into a lower trim with no issues. I've seen the vehicle several times for small scratch repair and the radio still works well. There was a thought of some type reprogram while installing, luckily I didn't.
