This car is sold in Middle East at price range of around Rs. 25 lakhs, because of high duties in India it should be around 45lakhs, Even the car manufacturers are not interested to bring good cars to in Indian market.
The front grill looks 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 just like 3lakh rupee *RediGo* looks so cheap 🤬🤬 The rest of the car looks okay ish... Not bad. But, that front looks are spoilt just because of the pathetic.. old looking grill ... Are the designers still living in some cave ? Even a 5th grade kid would design it better Did they run out of money when it came to the front grill ?
3 Cylinders for a 7 seater SUV No complete LED setup Mild Hybrid No ADAS CVT Gearbox Yellow bulbs for interior lighting No Traction Control No electronic tail gate No 4x4 Not a spacious 7 Seater, last row is just a gimmick No power adjustable seats No Wireless Android Auto and Apple Car Play No ventilated seats Puny Infotainment system No leatherette seats CBU route (That too Mid variant) Priced at 40 to 45 lakhs, well done Nissan. Biggest flop of the year would be this car.😊
To answer all your why queries... This is essentially the base model of X-trail with little changes for the Indian market, such as the addition of sunroof... The why that stands out is, if they could plan a sunroof, why couldn't they plan the other electricals as well? Or at least the leatherette upholstery!!!
This should be priced between 25-30 lakh on road.. which by no means will be available due to CBU… so sales will be 250-350 units monthly for first 3 months.. then only 25-35 units monthly..
Nissan is bringing just 150 of them. They themselves are not planning to sell these like hot cakes. It's mainly for enthusiasts, Nissan fans, and fans of CBU built quality. They don't have any problem with 10 sales per month. This is part of their CBU business, not one of their upcoming india specific models.
They treat indian customers as secondary. With that mindset indian customers tend to stay away from nissan and buy koreans and other japanese instead.. Honda is doing same..elevate also could not give competition.. Nissan and honda both need to give led lights, good looking interiors, punchy engines…indian customers are willing to pay 1 lakh more for these brands.
Nissan still has not learnt it's lesson..... firstly have some low price models in your line up and slowly generate interest with buyer and come up with high priced models.....at this price point it's difficult to sell in viable numbers.
But it looks well built though, no panel gaps, good quality steel, good door thud, flawless paint job, top notch shine...looks like a CBU, looks like it has been built according to the US, EU market standards.
@@Avinab2 but how would one invest that much money on something that already looks outdated ? I would say a Hyundai Tucson or Skoda Kodiaq would make much more sense. Imagine it looks dated now, hows it gonna look in 3 years time.
Only reason Nissan launched this vehicle in India is obviously it might have been unsold in international market. And the only reason ZigWheels is making a video for monetary reasons.
north american models are much better than what india get even though we pay less. This is going to be a flop as it is going to be priced really high. Why should people think about rogue when fortuner is cheaper.
