How nicely she explained the importance of the ritual and about our culture. It's a message to those who called that India is a land of Sati Practice. Huh?? Our scriptures don’t exactly keep husband and wife same They say that any bad acts of husband do NOT taint the wife- but bad acts of wife taints the husband equally. In every good act the husband does, wife gets 50% share of the merit, but husband gets NO credit for wife’s good acts. She gets 100% to herself.
