This one is a cool white, if you want a warm white you should take the model HC60W V2 The W is for _warm_

Not great difference. Main difference: USB-C, better headband, LED OSram P9. Autonomy and charging time is more or less similar.

The difference is so subtle , the Osram is just a little bit more precise in the colours and it have a more narrow spot. But it is my point of view. Maybe your eyes will prefer the CREE. If you already have a HC65, keep it. It doesn't worst.

No, for the red, take the HC65.

Consider it for an emergency situation. Some people use it when they have to wait and they don't want to stay in the pure darkness.
