Nitro is definitely tougher to deal with and more messy. I run both and honestly, I break my electrics a lot more than my nitro's as the brushless trucks have so much more torque and easier to get speed. I launch my outcast twice as far as I have ever launched a nitro truck. Just never occurred to me to push a nitro that hard I guess.

mine to is a wltoys shortcourse i drove in water and it kill the servo

My servo just locked up at full throttle probably because of dirt. And it crashed into the wall the front axle got destroyed

I have 4092 1600KV ( no name $45) on a 200A ( red brick esc $45) for air/plane 550 motor mount ($1) (18T-22T pinon) $7..I got the truck for only $150...almost new....it has big joe on 23MM hex ( beefie CVD)..4.25 ..wide.... The truck is total 2" wider... IT's Hella FAST with wazzoo of Torque ( over power) on 6S...it's has plenty on 4s 50C..It'll do back flip from a stand still. Bruhless motor has more torque..than nitro....you need to gear it up to tame it with taller gears...It'll do over 50 mph...but it's a big ass 15lb truck.... That's what's cool about 2 speed....so you'll still have the low in...for nitro. You just have to ream the center slot of the motor mount..to clear shaft. Slot one of the hole..to allow the motor to pivot...to adjust gear mesh.... Run a Y harness for the Brake and ESC..... Hence the Red brick...for only $45.The motor dosnt have to spend in reverse. The reverse is activate via the aux...as usual... The disc brakes...are still on.... it's not as hard on the differental. You can use a regular car esc...it dosnt matter if the motor spins in reverse. but a 150A esc will cost $85-$150.... The nitro just make alot of noise and dosnt really move the truck... Brushless/lipo..You just need to know what to do without breaking the bank. Such as not paying $30 for a piece of aluminum ( motor mount.lmao)
