Nitrocellulose Explosion and Fireballs 

Getting a lot of ash left over, looks like you need a bit more oxidizer.

Wrap the cellulose in the paper compressed and use the string to wrap arround it to add compression

Basels original recipe was one part of fine cotton wool to be immersed in 15 parts of an equal blend of sulfuric and nitric acids.
