I saved my "pocket money" from working on the farm I grew up on for 4mths in order to buy the 12 inch vinyl import of this AWESOME tune, so that I could choreograph both a floor gymnastics routine and a speed skating routine to perform to it! Loved it when I was 14yrs old, love it still! Also my 12 inch import is still in pristine condition, because I NEVER let anyone else near it hahahaha! Brilliant randomness of memories that music brings flooding back into your soul...
educating the younglings brought me here ;-). Saw Nitzer Ebb live in Amsterdam in '93. Amazing concert! Now introducing them to the younger generations :D
In 1988 we visited a Depeche Mode concert in Dortmund just to see Nitzer Ebb who were their supporting act at this time. Imagine the faces of all the DM fans when we started a wild Pogo to this tune. And the best is, that the drummer threw a broken drum stick into the crowd of 15000 people where it exactly hit one of my friends at his head. That was a really nice souvenir! :) I cannot believe that already 30 years have passed since then.
Nonsense, every Depeche mode fan in particular 1987/88 was certainly not surprised by something like Nitzer Ebb, because Front 242 had been the other opening act. In addition, most of the Depeche fans at that time also heard industrial music anyway. Great opening anyway!
Just adorable - to the present day, Nitzer Ebb remain aesthetes that care for both, their sound and image. EBM as they helped constructing (actually, it definitely suits their own phrase "International Funk Aggression") and continue nurturing it, remains plain and simple joy to listen to, sing along, twitch and smash away to on the dancefloor.
Les Années 80/90... Electro Body Music... Nitzer Ebb / Anne Clark / Grauzone / Front 242 / Neon Judgement ... Les Nuits Rouge Du Skyline.... Souvenirs Souvenirs
I've missed their conserts all through the 00's and 10's, unfortunately. Been a big fan of theirs since the mid 80's, and attended a couple of their concerts, on Stockholms rather small, but really nice, venues during the 80's and 90's. Had a ticket for one of their concerts in, I believe, 2019 in Stockholm. But, again, I laid in bed sick. Once again I missed another chance to relive the heavy and heartfelt feelings I have for this extraordinary band. Nitzer Ebb was, when they were evolving as a band during the late 80's and early 90's, truly biggest of them all in this genre. My greatest and most honest love and kudos to this band! They changed my musical path and paved my way into listening to what soon became genres like techno. Thank you ever so much, Nitzer Ebb 👊🤜👍
@@grand4theft4auto yes, at electrochoc it was edited and remastered by Dj Francois K. Anyway, great track, shame on the creators for striking the videos with the song in it😢
Y en qué discoteca ponían esta gran música. Me hubiera gustado escucharla antes. En mis tiempos solo escuchaba depeche Mode mucho de nitzereb from242 y otros más. En la discoteca vampiros Lima Perú. Saludos
Well, that would certainly not secure them a deal with Mute's Daniel Miller :) Nitzer Ebb were amazing, are amazing. EBM's only exponent whose body learned to grow old with dignity.

This song is... just more like depeche. Sounds nice, this energy is curious... Fragments are looking like 90s video but everything is looking like just late 80s where music was good (and great) but vibe isn't probably for me.
