Depression is not a joke. I have remembered @njeri wa Muigai saying alilalia bedsheets for 3 months without washing them. Going through a very tough, dark & lonely season. I wish there is a support group for this in Kenya where people can share because i feel talking can help.

I watched both episodes today, and I didn’t want it to end. Merylynn has a great broadcasting voice. She needs to go on a show encouraging women. It’s a very sad story but it’s also a story of resilience because she’s still standing strong. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
