@@crucified4me Yes, she saw all the brown and dull coloured houses so she choose a bright yellow! Our other pastor calls it the lighthouse lol. Maybe in the future, I'll gift her with this bright yellow bible.

Even though I have several Bibles in different translations and types, ie: study, devotional, etc. I don’t own any premium Bibles and I’m hoping to someday be able to get this one. Beautiful Bible thank you for sharing.

This Bible is Gorgeous, I need this Bible in my life! My first thought was “ A yellow bible ... What . ? “ I look at it now like a ray of sunshine. It’s so beautiful. I love that it says “ Word of God “ on the side. I didn’t realize it is black under the gilding, that’s stunning. I don’t think I have a NKJV. Blue letter for the words of Jesus, I LOVE that ! Thank you for a great review.

I agree. I love that all their Bibles say "The Word of God" instead of "Holy Bible". I asked Tim Nichols, from "A Nichol's Worth" why they did that. He said he asked Daniel Arroyo from "Humble Lamb" about that and he said it was because the words "Holy Bible" never shows up anywhere in scripture, and also he felt that people had become desensitized to the phrase "Holy Bible". I also like that they have the words of Christ in blue. I think he did that because red letters give some people eyestrain and they're hard to see for people that are colorblind.

If they had done blue under gold art gilt with that yellow cover, I'd feel like a Cub Scout again (sigh). But you're quite correct - it is stunning. Hope Humble Lamb does these in other versions like the ESV or NIV.

Slay me. Just when I promised myself, No, More, Bibles, this review has killed that. As a former minister, semi-retired working artist and oh what-ever, the aesthetics of this bible knock me out right down to The Word of God on the spine. I live in Canada and the exchange on USD is deadly these days but man, time to begin saving for early 2023. And blue words of Christ! Wha-? I have never liked the red text but this blue is astounding. Blue Letter Christians; bring it!

Vi hace unos días esta Biblia en el video de un hermano y hoy vuelvo a verla aquí. Es sin lugar a dudas, la Biblia más bella que he visto. En mi top 5 está en el número 1. El color amarillo, los nervios en el lomo, la frase La palabra de Dios en estampado negro, el canto negro dorado, la tipografía, el texto a una columna y las imágenes incertadas entre el texto es bellísima. Ojalá en español se producieran este tipo de Biblias. Felicitaciones!!!

I know they are coming out with other translations in the future so we will see what progress they make but I think it's headed the right direction. Would love to see this Bible with bold verse numbers, VBV, and with an option without the images. Love you bro 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Im not against the New King James at all. However i purchased the new kjv lion in lunar yellow i just wanted it in KJV version idk i just did but the shepard edition is beautiful. The black guilding is what sold me on this one

I wonder, the darker or bolder font on the third Bible you compare the text print on, does that have a 2K Denmark paragraph on the page facing the first map? If so, it's Comfort Print, especially made just for the NKJV. Each translation has been given it's own kind of Comfort Print, but what they all have in common is that bolder print with more space between the lines which dramatically cuts down on eye strain for longer reading.

Hi, yes, the NKJV SC Premier in Brown Goatskin that I show in this video does have the Comfort Print designed by DKDenmark, and yes, it does have the note regarding the type right before the maps, like many other NKJV Bibles that have recently come out by Thomas Nelson. The numbering if the verses just need to be bigger. I wish they did this, I dont need or wear glasses and my eyesight is actually very sharp, but it's just annoying when you have to hunt for verse numbers

Hi Mike, Humble Lamb has been around for a little while. They started publishing Bibles in the KJV (the KJV Lion) and now the NKJV. I believe they have plans to publish in other translations as well. I returned mine for two (for me) big issues: 1. The font is really small. 2. The verse numbers are super small. The rest of the Bible is fantastic, just not a win for me at $220,

How are you still liking this bible and its color. I have ordered the yellow lion, the bibles are on preorder and being shiped at the end of this month. The yellow with the black guilding caught my eye. But now im wondering should i have gotten this bible in Sahara blue im worried i may regret the yellow lol. Guess i have time to change to the blue, but im not 100 percent sure i want to do that. I know ill like the bible for its features but i am a little indecisive on the color i chose

Hey there, I still love the yellow and don't regret having bought this one. It's not my main Bible, though. I don't think I could use a yellow Bible as my main one because I'm a Pastor and the color of the Bible could potentially be distracting during the sermon hour. This being said, this is one Bible that I don't plan on getting rid of, it's gorgeous and like I mentioned in the video I love it way more than I thought I would 😎

I just recently bought that bible its nice very nice. Evangelical bible i believe is the only site selling schuyler bibles new in the box.

@@justinhenshaw1550 Yes, Evangelical Bible is the only official distributer of Schuyler Bibles. Yes, I've seen that color online (looks fantastic) and yes they do have other Bibles with that same color option. I haven't bought a Bible with that cover yet, but I'm pretty curious. I'm happy you like it 🙏🏽 I've been trying to only buy/review Bibles that I'm really interested in... I have enough Bibles at this point so I'm going at it in a different way than in the past.

It is very thick, in all honesty. Unfortunately I don't know any other Bible quite like this one in terms of color scheme and the images that go with it. What are you looking for specifically?

I've just received mine and it is lovely, but I can't bear to handle it as it STINKS of old BILLY GOAT! If anyone is familiar with the smell, they will know what I mean. Not sure how to get rid of the smell, but I left it out in the lounge overnight, and when I went in in the morning the smell was very obvious.

The materials are beautiful. However, the branding on the liner is a little loud and it’s a shame there are made in China, where Christianity is controlled by the CCP state.

Yes, I found the branding on the liner a bit excessive too, but the Bible is tick and the leather is very thick as well so... I hear you about China. A lot of people are unhappy with Bible publishers who take that route. Thomas Nelson is now trying to transition to India, apparently. I praise God though that He can bring good things even out of countries where His name is so despised by many! Blessings 🙏🏽
