NLE Choppa: Hip Hop's Most Hypocritical Rapper 

The rap community is the only community that will tell you that not acting hood and not talking about killing people anymore is a bad thing. Really pathetic.

The REAL reason he quit pushing spirituality and other things is because the label he was under gave him his “Final Warning”

People are forgetting he’s literally a child. People change rapidly at that age as they are still trying to find out who they are. He just had a massive spotlight on his actions

He was a basketball player who became gangster for a year and then blew up, all while being a still child. He will grow and he will learn like we all do.

The problem is the the system we created. I probably don't believe in any of Choppas "rememdies" but I would applaud any artist that attempts to spread more positivity by abandoning their upbringing. He tries, gets clowned for it, Label is basically saying "We want you to talk about guns", think about that... These rich ass mofos want this boy to keep promoting killing each other because it sells. We say look at this lame ass positive dude, we do'nt wanna hear that shit. Ok that doesn't work and he overcorrects and switches back in an attempt to save his career, then we say "look at this fraud, he was never positive to begin with, We knew it" We are some clowns. Not him.

He’s young. Him going Spiritual was a complete 180 to what he was promoting. I liked him for that. Unfortunately record labels don’t want you to promote positivity they want you to promote guns, gangs and sleeping with multiple women.

Bro Choppa is young, successful, famous, and HUMAN.. I get some of his actions look strange and hypocritical but at least he’s trying to follow a righteous path. Especially when he’s in a profession that requires a strong media and social media presence which I’m sure takes a serious toll on mental health.

I feel bad for NLE choppa, whether you believe in his beliefs or not he was going through the road of being a spiritual person and becoming a better person in general, but of course we live in a darl cruel world where your criticized for going through positive changes, and how our society works is that everything is fueled by negativity. to be fair hes a kid and has capitalized on jokes, pushed spirituality and then also explained he will separate music from his choices in life and preaches the healthy life style on youtube and still has a successful career after doing the spiritual music still. I think he's doing more than a lot of rappers and if you do like two seconds of research you can find out more about the message he's pushing , overall a very solid rapper in today's age while being very very young.

If you didn't go through the pandemic without some kind of personality shift I don't know how you're even human. Considering his shift started in 2020 I fully get it. We all went through trauma and we've normalized ignoring it.

People forget that People go through phases in their life and he was mad young when got into the business and still is and People don't want you to grow they want the same old same old but gave it to them too many times they are not going to mess with it.

The thing is that he was really spiritual and shit now he went backwards

Did he blow up off rapping about violence? Sure. But when he wanted to try something different, those same people left him high and dry, now that he went back to what he blew up on because of the AUDIENCE, they want to point fingers.

I think the reason he was going through that spiritual awakening was because he caught an STI. During that time he kept talking about being celibate now, and he felt he needed to go through a lifestyle change. Time went by and he seems to just forget all about that. Don’t forget he’s a teenager. Its not uncommon for teenagers to suddenly become “woke” and change their worldview back and forth suddenly.

Man, he's a kid. He seems to have a good heart, and means well. Just seems to be doing what we all do around that age - finding where our focus is supposed to be set on. And I hope he finds his thing. Like I said, seems like I decent enough kid, just growing and trying to do find himself in the process. I wish him the best.

You don’t have to be the best person in the world to be spiritual. There’s no handbook of do’s and don’ts when it comes to spirituality, you can be spiritual woke and still be mentally weak. Actually that is the case more often than not…the mentally weak need more guidance than others so they turn to spirituality or religion for guidance, but if you ask me being conscious enough to recognize your own flaws and acknowledge the fact that you need help fixing them puts you in a higher class than 60% of the earth.

Basically what happened was his Label forced him to go back to his old rapping style, cause it was what benefited them the most. And not the whole being spiritual and putting positive music out.
