It's probably not product placement. Most companies wouldn't want their product to be associated with someone being poisoned. Fiji might've just let them do it, I doubt Fiji paid them
"Solemn stranger, you do not know me well, but I have a story to tell. I was created for but one purpose: to replenish my owner and be reborn into a new life. But what I assumed was my fate was denied to me by unfortunate circumstances. Later, I was given a chance, freed from this limbo. Though, I feared my day would never come. As a result, I heard and saw many horrors, and my purpose was corrupted. When darkness enveloped me, I thought and thought and thought of where everything went wrong and how I could live with myself. And now, as I see myself in hell, I've decided that I will not go down without a fight. That's why, solemn stranger, I beg you: use me as your weapon so that I may guide you to a better life, and with this good deed, free me from this life. I am the Water Bottle. Fate hath brought me here, and now, I end my role as a passive observer and take a stand against the devil himself!!!"
The camera clearly was attached to the bottom of the bottle (because it was not visible). I also assume that there was some kind of rotation mechanism, so that it could be depicted as changing angles and how it rolls along the floor. The car and vending machine were most likely partially disassembled to accommodate the camera. Or perhaps this was all done with the help of graphics, because we are in the 21st century and it’s cheaper than attaching a camera to a bottle.
