Eye Movement Integration is often used to treat trauma like Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and even phobias. It's also effective when used for smaller problems like dealing with an internal conflict or dilemma.
In this video Natasha thinks of a tough decision she has to make and within minutes of doing the NLP technique known as Eye Movement Integration she feels less burdened by the decision and as though she has some distance and space from it.
To come up with new solutions and to access new resources you might have to do this process for longer than I do it here. For demonstration purposes though I kept this short.
The first step to making a great decision is to free yourself from the tension and pressure of making the "right" decision and access more of your neurology and resources. Often when this happens new insights and new solutions will arise.
The eyes are sensitive parts of our nervous system with a direct connection to the brain. We use eye movements to access different parts of the brain for making images, sounds, and feelings.
When you hold a difficult decision in your mind and you move your eyes to access different parts of the brain you naturally acquire more access to information you've deleted that may be relevant to the decision you're making.
Give this a try and let me know how it goes.

Interesting how there's a similarity to the old style hypnotist with the back and forth motion of the watch

down to the left is "Audio digital" , ? for reverse organized , correct? For organized Audio digital is to the right lower quadrant? Down to the left is kinestetic

No, if a person is organized, down and to their right is feelings and down and to their left is digital. But don't get too caught up on these cues. When people are processing multiple pieces of information, which we almost always are, your eyes are going to move in a variety of directions based on how you organize time and how certain you feel about something.

Thank you and Natasha so much for sharing such a demo. I have a question: at 8:40, she moves her head away with a particular facial expression that I cannot really understand... is she uncomfortable? Does this depend on the technique itself? Or is it a matter of feelings she is pouring into this process?

I don't think she was uncomfortable. It just looks like she's thinking.

What specific movements did you actually do - it was hard to see? Can I practice them or where can look them up?

I'm sure you can find them online somewhere. It's the figure eight on its side or the symbol of infinity. Then you do a circle and go in both directions. Finally it's just a straight, horizontal line side to side.

Thank you - I think it's like EMDR - I thought it looked familiar.

Yes the person who created EMDR was trained in NLP prior to creating it.

It's NLP, which is what Ross does. Here's an interview I did with him: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GbLgobJoiiI.html
