are we expected to do multiple sets of vitals? respiratory rate, o2 saturation, heart rate and blood pressure all done done with vital signs. can we just vocalize the values we already have?

No, you can use the values you have take for vitals.

Thanks, for holistic assessment ,do more practice with a timer and also learn about all nursing problems and already build a understanding about how you will address them on exam day to save time.
