Nice video new subscriber. I started taking NMN about a month and it's awesome stuff. Most important thing is the quality of NMN. Make sure you get it from a reliable source. I noticed what he said. This gave me a ton of energy and could lift more weight at the gym and I could do more repetitions. This without a doubt is working well.

I am 37+ now and have tested with 250mg, so yes effect is real in terms of the energy you feel especially at the end of the day. I am not obese but also not physically very active, but I can see the difference in Energy . Not a mental Stimulant for sure or something you can feel in immidiate, Response is a Subtle increase in energy which you come to realize in your day-to-day activities. I recover from colds and allergies pretty fast as in 2 days or something which used to take a week or weeks so is something noticeable. But it's experimental I don't have any preexisting or existing medical Disposition otherwise anyone with Cancer Tumours may want to exercise caution on this and refer to their Medical Advice

Professor David Sinclair, one of the earliest researchers to recognize NMN as a supplement, said he would NOT recommend NMN if one had a tumor. SO this begs the question, what effects does NMN have on cancer cells? will NMN also benefit some or all or none of the cancer cells? other than anecdotal evidence , it’s impossible to have long term human studies with NMN readily available.

NMN increase blood vascular system issue is you dont want increase blood flow at tumor cells so they will live long replicate more..

NMN is an NAD precursor, NAD increases ATP concentration in cells so it is not recommended for cancer patients to take NMN or NR.

@@everymanisyourteacher9951 not only cancer patients.. Every human body have some mutant cells during body repairing phase they get eliminated (autophagy ).. If they start replicating more and more due to nutrients availability and body's inability to eliminate big number it can lead to cancer. I think NMN shouldnt taken by anybody until we have huge data research on it.
