You are right... Magnetic field is measured in Tesla But here the frequency of magnetic field is mentioned as 60 to 100 MHz And the magnetic field provided may vary from 1 to 20 T.

Any molecules such as Protein, sugars or drug compounds... After treated with NMR active solvent, which contain NMR active atoms like deuterium,. C13 replace their normal atoms... And helps to align in the magnetic field... So it's not necessary to be only metal molecules 👍😊
