Tay Tay Not for what I do. You could either go deeper into the harmonics or tune them differently. That gives you the choice of soloing one or both by blending them at the mixer. Lots of possibilities.

I am starting to think the subharmonicon is actual magic. I was having a tough time with a dense script and I put this on. Hit flow out of the gate and finished ~2,500 words of writing way ahead of schedule. Just gonna keep replying to this comment every time this video helps me get work done. For science.

I really love your subharmonicon jams! It is truly in the nature of jamming with a synth and sequencer. I'd love to own one myself but I will never be able to afford it. I am going to try and make a vcv rack version instead. I hope you keep making these jams and I hope that when it is safe to hang out with others you can find some freestyle MCs to rap over your jams!

Never say never! I'm a guitarist of 20 years playing cheap to average guitars and only just finally bought a 'premium' guitar... you never know! Also it seems like premium gear holds it's value, or even appreciates with the vintage market. It's more like holding value in an asset than just spending money

As a SubH owner I have to say it's pretty easy to get it to sound like this. It's a razor edge of "Agony and ecstasy" as the post above denotes. When you find that sweet spot just tuning the oscillators with a basic pattern its better then any of the other moog synths I have for smiles on your face. But get it out of that spot and you're like all noise :)

Accurate, but it's so GOOD at both extremes. When you get it out of whack too much you're like "ugh what is this garbage" but when it clicks, oh my god it clicks. Of the Mother ecosystem its my favourite. I'm assembling the 4 tier rack this weekend for some dfam, m32x2, and subh goodness. Excited!

Question: is there a cheaper alternative to the Poly? Something that would accomplish more or less the same for this exact setup? Reverb not laced with complexity?

Yeah, they don’t fit in, in the normal sense, they just run adrift. Be the butterfly. And most of all don’t be afraid to change the tuning. It’s magic there, you got 6 oscillators space em out.

@@gl00merz Even if you live in a state or county that's hard blue, you should still vote. There's much more on the ballot than the executive. A lot of which Democrats ignore. If you can flip even one or two issues, you can influence your state's policy and thereby its culture as a secondary measure. You also shut them up about having "majority vote" reguardless of us being a representative democracy, and the game being played not being about a majority. Imagine this: them having nothing to fall back on but further conspiracy theories. Imagine them being absolutely blown tf out.
