Ingredients
The Base
1 cup graham crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
Cheesecake filling
1 cup cream cheese (soften)
1 cup heavy cream/all-purpose cream
3/4 cup granulated sugar (add more if needed)
2 1/2 tsp gelatin powder
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup to 1 1/2 cup blueberry filling ( I used duncan hines canned blueberry filling)
I used 7 inches springform pan
