I made this cake for my grandma in 2020 for her birthday. Sadly that was her last. But I’m glad i got to do something for her before she passed. Me, my grandma and other family relatives LOVED the cake! Thank you for this recipe :)

I made this yesterday, I did 200g cream cheese and 200g mascarpone because they had almost expired. Everybody surprisingly really loved it, they said its the best dessert. Its so zesty, creamy and refreshing, perfect for the hot weather! Thank you for the recipe!

Made this yesterday. Changed a few things because my springform is bigger, 23 cm: I used 500g quark, 90ml lemon juice, 200g biscuits and 8g gelatine. Ok technically its not a cheesecake anymore but still delicious. Thx for this recipe.

Hello there,,,, I’ve tried this wooowwwwww it was soooo perfect and really delicious... you can even reduce the amount of condensed milk like to 250 to 300g it still taste really good.... you could even reduce the lemon juice yetttttt sooooooo delicious

Hi! I haven't tried it like that, I read somewhere somebody made with not sweetened condensed milk and the cake cracked after slicing. So I can't really say, sorry!

You can replace the gelatin with (Agar agar) .. It is a botanical herb extracted from the sea and is present in the shops .. There is a crushed type ready for use

I made this just now at midnight to let it sit for a night, i'm really hoping it'll be sloppy tomorrow and now liquid 😔 update : it has set well and is amazing ! a bit too sweet to my taste, i'll probably go down to 200g of condensced milk instead of 400g but thats still amazing
