5 whole eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
300ml condensed milk
1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
caramelized sugar:
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp water

Ube Chiffon layer:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp milk powder
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2-4 tbsp ube jam
1 tsp violet food color
Meringue:
4 egg whites
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
