80g cookies
20g pistachio
30g melted butter
200g cream cheese
180g milk
vanilla beans
2 egg yolks
40g sugar
5g sheet gelatin
150g heavy cream
10g sugar

@@bekind5895 it's a dried jasmine flower (white petal) and has a stronger scent than the fresh one. I like the fresh one because it reminds me of my late grandma, she use to put it in her hair bun. Jasmine often used by Indian for a prayer offering (in Malaysia, I'm not sure elsewhere) it's a common flower here, but not as drink. I prefer Chrysanthemum as tea.

@@ndndnd1 Wow so interesting, thank you for the reply..I am familiar with the smell of Jasmine, women would buy these Jasmine necklaces and wear them...I remember as a kid I used to be bothered by the smell but now I love it.

Sorry Idk any online shops selling them but you should be able to find them in the nearest confectionery Shop to you :D You can find them in crafts shop too sometimes.
