Thank you so much for the recipe it took me abt an hour to make, the cream anglaise flavor is perfect for no bake cheesecake even though i use vanila extract it still great ❤️ the way to make cream anglaise is to heat the cream untill it slightly thicken it took abt 3-4 minutes on low heat, i dont boil it as the vid said to heat it untill 80degree. It taste like custard I dont have heavy cream but i have whipping cream its 35% fat. It took abt 5 minutes without the ice water Make sure to flatten the surface tho cuz I forgot and it didnt look smooth.. but anyway, the next morning the cheesecake is sturdy and creamy 😍
