It’s ingrained in America. When you have people like Trump pushing negative stereotypes and saying white people are being discriminated against and he will change that………he’s not helping. He’s there to let the racist know it’s ok to be racist. Trump lived through segregation and blatant racism. I’ve lived all over the country and racism is the same. I can relate to the sister who was talking about her experience in Turkey. Yes I have a white husband also and yes you may be standing there, next to your husband and being extremely disrespected and ignored, while your husband has no clue this is going on. While I am standing next to him. Yes it can happen. How? ……just by the looks they give you and their body language. As an African American woman the location is the key when you come to the US. There are places very safe here and places I don’t go. You will love Atlanta Ga USA. It’s a great space to come and better financially than New York. When I say Atlanta I also mean the surrounding suburbs. The weather is also great here year round.
