The same is true in many countries. One town, village, neighborhood, tribe is taught not to associate with another. In America blacks form gangs. Not liking to share the streets with other people.
It's so weird that black Americans feel that Africa is their motherland. Trust me, Africa will not treat you like family just because your skin is black or brown. My parents are from Jamaica, and Africa is most certainly no motherland for me or my parents, grandparents or great-grandparents. We are just as much Scottish, Chinese, Indian and Taino. Africans look down on black Americans, black Brits and Caribbean people, and they _will_ rip them off, left, right and center.

I spent some time in Africa both Eastern & Western Africa. I loved Africa, I really enjoyed my time there. What I found is that the locals do not much like African-Americans. They consider them loud & entitled. I had no problems in Africa as I respected the locals & their culture.
Everywhere in this world has their laws and rules that needs to be obeyed and enforced. If you cannot follow them, then stay home and stop travelling. All these people complainning are just ignorant, and arrogant fools except the Nigerian traveller that search has racism in it.

In my culture, It was ingrained, that REPUTATION is worth more than Gold. In this Example I can see the long term negative effects.. I'm minority, some abuse but doesn't matter I'm not loved or respected. There's nothing like American Liberty.
All of what that lady said is sad to hear about Ghana. However it’s not just in Ghana people targeted foreigners and even people who are from there that live in the USA and go back there to visit or live it happens in a lot of countries/islands as well. I am a Jamaican living in the USA and when I go back home to visit they try to charge me way more than they charge the locals so I always take a family member or friend with me who lives there and knows how much I’m supposed to pay for things so I don’t over pay 😁😁 I’m not mad about that it’s a hustle plus some Americans do act like they’re rich when they goes to third world countries so some people will really think that they’re rich.and want a slice of the cake 😁What I’m mad about is the Ghana government over charging black people who want to move back home. Stop trying to get rich from us go over charge the other races of people who stole from us.How can we unite when y’all are treating us that way?
Sounds like the okey doke. 😀 We had an African exchange student staying with us when I was a kid. I also worked and went to college with some Africans. We're not Africans. There's a lot effed up things about the USA; but even with all of that we're blessed to have been born here.

Yeah I'm born and raised in Charlotte, NC, USA and from my life's experience the majority of Indians and Asians are racist towards blacks even though blacks give them the most business. Umm I have not found the majority of Hispanics to be racist but I do know there are a lot of them out there. Its much harder to know when white people are racist because they will treat you just fine for years. But in certain situations it will show. But when brown people are racist its usually pretty apparent from the start. Because they wont treat you well from the start. Though I somewhat hate to say it. I agree black people have to start looking out for black people because we have allied but its just not enough to really mention. No one else is really looking out for us. We are alone.
You want to see actual violent black on black racismand hard core xenophobia? Head to Zimbabwe. Some of the most racist people are in Africa but that reality is painful.

Yes, doing business with only people of your race is racist! No way around that. It also happens here in the USA too. But its not legal to blatantly say it. Or turn down other races business based upon their race alone.
