Ingredients
300 Grams Whipping Cream
150 Grams Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tbsp Instant Espresso Coffee
1 1/4 cups Whipping Cream
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tablespoons Instant Espresso Coffee
Instructions
1. Mix the 300 Grams cream and 2 Tbsp Instant coffee together until completely mixed
2. Add the condensed milk and whip to soft peaks for 2-3 mins
3. Add 1 Tbsp Baileys/Rum (Optional) and mix and garnish with chopped dark chocolate
4. Freeze in a container covered for a minimum of 6 hours

2 숟가락 인스턴트 커피
만드는 방법
1. 생크림과 인스턴트 커피를 함께 잘 섞어 주세요.
2. 연유를 넣고 소프트 픽이 될 정도로 믹싱 해주세요.
3. Baileys(커피맛 럼)를 넣고 섞어준후 다진 다크 초콜렛을 넣어주세요.
5. 용기에 담아 뚜껑을 잘 덮은후 최소 6시간 동안 냉동해주세요.
