From a security perspective it’s a bad idea to share your HAR file with anybody. If you start from scratch, your login data is also recorded. If you’re already logged in when you start recording, then you will for sure record your token each time you send a request to facebook to get data. In a nutshell: Don’t share your HAR file!

I know you are not a lawyer and you only made this video to demonstrate web scraping, this is not legal advice either, but the "case" you made at the beginning is pretty foolish, to be honest. The Betamax case settled that Sony isn't liable for what users do with their products. In this case, a better analogy would be that Google isn't liable for you scraping Facebook's products because they created the web browser you used. You are still very much liable, and the .har continues to contain a Facebook product, even if stored locally, because a .har file either contains the files downloaded from Facebooks servers (e.g. the html page, css/js files, images, etc.), or contains instructions to recreate those onto your machine. You ARE still recording copyrighted information. Facebook could easily win a case against such violation of their terms, but I understand the scope of this video, and I appreciate your time explaining.
