No Cooling Call/Clogged Drain 

I forgot if it was Steve or Ted where I first saw that method of draining, don’t matter, shared knowledge is great. Why I watch. Help myself and others.

Something that may be a good sell and value to the customer is a Supco Jones valve. Allows you to blow out the condensate in both directions without having to cut out pvc in the future. 👍🏻

I agree with not glueing all. One piece of my flue is not glued, which I agreed to. Makes service more expensive later. I’m big on DIY, but not gas valves or refrigerant. I don’t have all of the tools (some for troubleshooting), but call a pro outside of expertise and comfort level.

Carry unions with you for when the drain line is not over the pan and charge customer a little extra. $2.72 at Supply House.

Bruh. Just use a union instead of no glue on the coupling😒 they litterally make stuff like that so you don't have to do what you did here.

If not going to glue it I like using unions also makes it look cleaner instead of multiple couplings ....to each their own though

Hello John , you just unclogged the drain line out but you did not check the rest of the unit and why at the first place it overflow? Or it’s okay just fix the problem and that is it ?

Does that attachment come with your vacuum , the adapter and clear piece?

Are you flushing the line so the water is going outside? Hard to follow where the water is going?

A wet vaccum running from the outside and the house with the fitting from the attic it is all you need to suck the water on the pan, and will send all the water through the pipe. Not care bunch of things to an atic space.
